According to vos, fox (I asked) House episodes are taking twice as long to make due to High Def regulations. They also zei that they normally order like 24 episodes (can't remember exact amount). They zei that they are also trying new format of airing a few new ones together than a few weeks off instead of old format of one week new than volgende week rerun to fill up the season.
