I didn't want to pick nobody, becaue I thought it defeated the point of the question.

Chase is the happiest out of the characters for the reasons Mimi stated above me and because he's finally independent.

IDK. Probably Kutner. We don't really know to much about his personal life though, so it's hard to say. He seems happy or at least moreso then any of the other characters with the exception of Chase perhaps.
