As she was getting ready for work she was rushing around trying to get Rachel's breakfast and entertain the Rachel until jachthaven, marina arrived.It was her first morning back and she wanted to arrive early. She was so excited that jachthaven, marina had agreed to come back and besides being very pregnant everything was getting back to normal.
As she got ready to leave she bent down to kiss Rachel.
"You look pretty mommy", so I won’t make u walk the plank u bloody skallywag.
That darn pirate cartoon she thought to herself. "She looked at her daughter for a moment and smiled and gave her a kiss."

"Yes I am sure I will honey."

As she was walking out the door she looked at jachthaven, marina and requested she not let her watch that pirate cartoon.
Driving to work she was thinking about a plan of action to get things back in order. She needed to get her teams back in order and regulate their case loads. She had requested a meeting with all department heads to begin at 9:00 am sharp to see what they needed and what kind of case loads they were managing. She wondered if one of her doctors would be there at all. She knew the best to hope for was him coming in late.
When she arrived she realized her first order of business was getting her head nurse over ER back and getting a PA. Her office was in chaos for now but she knew in her hart-, hart this was home. She started making some phone calls and then began to prepare for her meeting.
As she arrived to the conference room she was surprised to see that "everyone" was there.
"Good morning everyone." I want to meet with each of u individually to see what u need to bring your department up to speed. I realize u are over-worked and under-staffed and it is my intention to turn this around.
I have gegeven u all a small hand out and if u will get those filled out before my meeting with each one of u we can deal with your department needs meer efficiently. "Are there any questions?"

Wilson stood up.

Dr. Cuddy, "on behalf of everyone here we are glad to see u back."

"Thank u Dr. Wilson." I am very glad to be back.

"Wilson u are such a suck-up," House whispering in a low voice.

I will be coming to your departments to attend to immediate needs and we will have a plan in place door mid-week. I promise you, "I will work dag and night" to attend to every need that will put this hospital and your teams back to the precision driven unit it was.
That's all I have. If there are no vragen at this time let’s get started with our days. Dr. Wilson I will meet with u first and I have put the times on the hanouts that you've been gegeven that I will meet with each one of you..
As the dag went on she had met with almost every department head, "all but one."
As the elevator doors opened she stepped out and started down the hall. As she reached his office he was reading over the patient’s file.
As she walked in she took a deep breath and began, “you’re last on the list.” Did u fill out the handout I gave you? She was fully expecting a sarcastic response but what she got was surprising even to her.
“He held his hand out and to her surprise the lijst was in his hand.”

She was shocked as she scanned the document, but his needs seemed reasonable. He had requested Chase back on a full-time basis and he wanted to re-hire Thirteen. He had also asked that they never have meer than two cases at once. She came to the final request which involved once every two months he had one week to return to Mexico and take meds that the orphanage needed.

“This lijst is reasonable. I have already called to interview surgeons. “I should be able to find two door the end of the week and that will give u Chase back.
“Has Thirteen been gegeven the heads up to be reinstated?”

"Yes."

Then I have no problem with u re-hiring her.
The trip to Mexico, “what kind of meds are u requesting?”
Mostly antibiotics, ant-fungals, and sometimes pain medication is needed.

He took her hands in his. He looked into her eyes and he realized how much he had let her down. She had always been there for him. With tears welling up in his eyes he looked at her. I am so sorry.
