PLEASE HELP ME! I PROMISE PROPS!! What is this song?!

Theres a really pretty song that i really really want! its played in harper's island's pilot "Whap" when they are at the diners all dancing. Its a slow, pretty song sung door a women and its sort of ballad-like. I tried googling the lyrics but they won't bring up anything. some of the song lyrics goes as follows:
"I feel myself falling
Don't know how far
But i know that you'll catch me wherever u are.

I'm landing..." then i cant figure out anymore but i'm POSITIVE those are right! please help me!

another thing- its not just a vraag for harper's island fans anyone can answer cuz it sounds like it would be a populair song....

I think it must be juts some muziek written for the show, becasue I tried to find it with Shazam (an iphone app that finds the name of artists and songs door listening to them), and it didnt know. It has always worked in the past.

I also tried to find it with google and itunes, and found pretty much nothing, but some other people with the same vraag and no answer.

u can try typing in "i feel myself falling" on youtube.com maybe that'll work
