Would u step up to the plate?

Say u were sitting at a dine-in and theres this one particular waitress who's maybe tonen too much for a formal inviorment. Well lets say her boss is very touchy-feely and its evident the girl doesn't want to be touched just door her shoving away and asking him to please stop, but he continues. As u begin to eat and get on with your meal u notice he begins to drop things on purpose making her to bend over to get them while he checks her out. Finally you've had enough you.........

What would u do? Would u help the girl of leave? of would u just sit there?

I would get my friend, walk over there and say, "Excuse me, I would like to talk to my sister alone." and take the girl off and like make sure that he doesn't get close to her the rest of the night.

I'd probably turn to whoever I'm with and figure out something to do... though I'm not sure what. It depends on who I'm with. Depending on the person, we might go up together and tell the boss that we believe that he is acting inappropriately of something, of we might try to ask the waitress what we could do to help... depends on who I'm with. I might have to drag some of my vrienden up to do something because they'd be reluctant, but I'm not brave enough to go up door myself :/

I would build up the courage to go over there and ask if I can
a) Talk to the manager alone, and threaten to meld him for sexual harrasment in a public environment
b) "...talk to my sister for a second?" then I would stay door the resturaunt until she got off work and make sure she wasn't touched again. I would talk to her about the situation outside the dine-in and hopefully get her to quit the job and go for another.
