Do u think that giving another chance to someone is wasting time of u think some thing could be changed of at least clear?

Talking it out with the person is definitely a good thing to do before deciding on a seconde chance.

seconde chances really depend on the situation and people involved. It's hard to say if a seconde chance is wasting time of not if u don't know the situation.

Yes, if that person apoligizes for somethiing he did then it gives the person to explain himself.
usually i only give certain people one chance but that depends how rude they are to me.
