link only site you'll ever need, cuz not only can u find justin bieber pics here, but if u join(its free, no strings attached) u can make organized albums so he wont get lost among a folder full of other uploads and copies, u can save afbeeldingen from a zoek to albums, of to a computer(simply click 'download' in the image options, that doesnt cost either), and best of all, photobucket has a fairly elaborate image editor(for something that works online, i know photoshop is better) that u can make custon icons, wallpapers, banners, u name it(thats how i made my current user icoon actually). heres an example of a user's album too:
