If an ambulance is on its way to save a dying person, and it runs someone over, does it stop to help them?

of does it get the first dying person then go back to save the second?

No, they go to where they were dispatched to and another ambulance would come to the person they hit. I'm pretty sure it's law that the ambulance goes to it's original destination of the paramedics could be sued.
