Need help with something BAD!!!!

I need to know if theres a free site where i can shorten the length of a song and with no sounds after i fix it.
and please dont tell me to use audacity cause theres a recorded voice on 2 songs i shortened the duration of and it pissed me off.
any suggestions people?

What im trying to say is if theres a free site where i can shorten the duration of a song, if you've ever used audacity thats whta im talking about.

If so, I suggest mp3 Direct cut (It's a program, not a website, but it works perfectly)
