what works for me is finding a place like a refuge and get all the anger of feelings out. I've had a place since i was a kid in the woods since we live close to a forest. It's actually a gap in the boom but i used to fit myself into it for hide and seek (nobody found me :D) anyway I still find it comforting to be surrounded door green trees and soft bird voices...what u have to do is find that place for u and get your mind go completely blank...thinking of absolutely nothing works the best
