Yes. For me it was a toon called Castle. I cried when Detective Becket almost died in Castles arms. Sadly Her boyfriend saved her.

On one show, I saw a documentary capturing footage of a Spanish stier being chased through a town. He had a spear, a knife, and other sharp objects stuck into his body, and I think there was rope tied around him. He was bleeding, visibly scared, aggressive and trying to find ways to escape. Two people were standing on a building, and when the stier ran door them, they spilled freezing cold water on him.

They tortured that animal mercilessly and endlessly until finally, a woman approached the stier to help him, but the stier ended up seriously harming her out of defense. The Spanish torturers decided that it was best to resolve the problem door killing the stier and shooting him.

One of the reasons why I really wish the Black Plague would return and wipe out the cruelly wicked portion of humanity.
