pleasee i need serious advice!

i really want to go on a diet to lose weight...not a major one i know i dont need that i just want to lose 10 pounds . I'm 115 i want to go down to 105. but i know i can't do it alone. i want my mom to help me but i'm embarrased to talk to her about it, and i don't know what to do. any advice?

Dieting right now isn't even necessary. 115 is pretty normal for most girls your age. I know a few girls who are in the low 100s of high 90s and they're really skinny. Besides, at this age, it eventually goes away most of the time.

But if u want to diet anyway, u should probably just talk to your mom. And dieting isn't the only thing, u also need to exercise blah blah blah.

uhm, theres nothing i can tel u exept eat less and exersise, u should also eat healthy which is eat a balanced diet and not to much of one thing. thats all i can say and good luck ^ ^

u don't need to diet. At your age your weight fluctuates frequently and usually u will gain a bit of weight, then grow.

If u want to be healthier, try doing yoga and eating a big breakfast with things like yogurt and granola. Also, eating solid food is better, (example: a carrot vs. a banana), because solid food will keep u full for a longer period of time.
