This vraag has been asked so many times since the end of last jaar it's NOT happening. They don't have the right to censor the internet anyway, it's against the first amendment and free speech.

TO EVERYONE who thinks it isn't going to happen. DO u KNOW how many times in the history of the US. Something was passed and it went against the amendments. Prohibition is a good example. For those who don't Prohibition is when the US government prohibited all alcohol. They thought they was doing a good thing but they ended up creating mafias,bootleggers and other dramas because of it. Btw Prohibition was passed and it when against the first amendment. There are TONS, literally tons of examples of how the US government did something that was unlawful.I understand u guys are apparently tired of hearing about this BUT if this passes u probably will be EATING crow. In case u haven't realized many governments are corrupt and they couldn't care LESS for freedom all they care about is money. Sure I was one of u I thought the same thing. GUESS what with that mentality people can literally do things that are unlawful anyway because nobody is saying anything. Honestly u are so sure IT won't happen? How can u be so sure? u need to be aware of political events of politicians can and will fuck u up. That goes for everybody not just the states.
One meer thing...these 'anonymous' guys will try to hack the internet if this SOPA passed besides Youtube is going to be down u will pay a bill for copyrighted videos...and if u didn't pay it you'll go to prison SO WE'RE ALL FUCKED :d
I think we'll be able to stop this, but it's complete stupidity, not to mention I have several classes that use the internet...so looks like my final semester of highschool would be screwed.
Why censor the Internet??? do they have the right?? It has to be stopped what will we do if we don't have internet??? STOP THIS....it has to be stopped!!!!
Why would the US want that? I mean, communist countries do that too and since the US is the total opposite of communism, why would they want to copy-cat them?
I just got meer info about it about 103,785 people signed petitions agains this bill. They President will be able to Veto it if it gets that fair up there I hope he does. But people in the U.S. have the ability to make it so the law is not passed so we need to stick together and spread the word. If it is pasted I do not think it will be that way for long there will be riots, sit ins and so on.
