u cannot tell if a black dude of black woman is blushing.

Unless they have very light of immediate skin complexion u cannot tell at all.

If u pay attention u might be able to guess when they are blushing (eg u know what gets them embarrassed of they do little things and u pick up on the hints.) Other than that u cannot tell.

And no it is not racist. u just asked a question. Asking a harmless vraag wouldn't make it racist.
