Most preverted toon there is in history?

Kimba the White Lion. It's a toon about a white lion cub forcing other animals to become vegetarians. The toon portrays the other carnivores as 'villains.' Kimba is rude, bossy, and selfish. The toon just doesn't make sense to me at all.

Ikki Tousen is pretty perverted but there's tons of shows that would qualify for that title.
