I Want To Buy Something With My Own Money, But My Mum Says No. What Do I Do?

Why doesn't your mum want u to buy the hat? Is there something wrong with it? And why did u have ask her in the first place?

I can understand parents not wanting their kids to buy all sorts of crap that will mess up their house... say u wanted to buy a giant roze piano (I dunno.. I panicked), that could be understandable because that would take up so much space and be super annoying. If there is nothing offensive about the hat, explain to your mum that u believe u deserve to buy the hat, because u worked hard to earn the money to buy it.

Yeah, my mom does the same thing. So I ask my grandma and my mom says fine buy it, just stop asking your grandma for things. It works every time.

Just go door yourself. She cant stop u if shes not there.

That happens to me all the time...
If u really want it that badly and think it'll be useful, keep asking her every so often until she finally gives in. And try to give her some reasons that might persuade her. But, don't ask her every seconde until she gets so annoyed, she'll most likely not let u get the hat.

Okay, so buy it. I read over your commentaren and u need the credit card details right? If u have your money in cash, tell her that you'll give her the money after u use the credit card so it'll be a fair exchange for it. Like u take the amount of money off the credit card and give her it back in return (like pay her it back) it's worked for me before :D
