Is this normal?

Okay, so i want to know if this is normal? I'm 13 and im terrified of sleeping in my room. I dont know why but im just scared to sleep in there. I was actually forced to last night and i spent the night crying, and i jump at every little noise. I swear i see things out of the corner of my eye too. But i dont know if they're really there? And i always get the chills when i go in there, and its just a really creepy feeling in there. What should i do? My parents are mad at me because i dont want to sleep in there but i feel uneasy in there :C

I used to not sleep in my room as well. Try having a night light,or keeping the hallway light on.

No, it's not normal. Try listening to soothing muziek of have a security blanket. I'm 16 and I still sleep with my favoriete stuffed toy. Also, don't watch scary films before bed.

don't worry, i used to get forced to sleep door myself since i was about 9 and it is totally normal, hallo u know what used to help me feel better? turning on the alarm radio of just listening to my cell phone :) it just distracts from the whole creepiness of the room phase, of if u want u can get a night light, of a torch light maybe even, just so u wouldn't feel so scared anymore, and you'd be able to see that the scary shadows r just regular objects, hey, look on the bright side, at least u get a room all to yourself right? :D
you'll get used to it kid, trust me ^ ^
