Can someone please help me out?
Currently I have quite a bit of turmoil going on inside of me, and I need relax, but I don't know how. I hope that doesn't sound dumb. So many things are on my mind that I seriously can not sleep @-@. My family is stressing me out, my coach is stressing me out, even my vrienden seem to be stressing me out and I've been taking it out on people that don't deserve it.... I guess all I'm saying is that I'm a bit of a clusterfuck and I need to chill out. So here are my questions... How do u relax? And can anyone give me advice for staying relaxed and not getting so worked up about the tiny things?
