Stopping eating will only make it worse. You'll lose your muscle, not the fat. If u want to lose weight (which I really don't think u need to) then trying eating fruit and exercising regularly.

Try making time for exercise an uur each day, start off with easy stuff then maybe start doing meer challenging exersices. Fruits and veggies for snacks always! >.<
I too am trying to lose a bit of belly fat and one of the things i have changed in my diet is switching out chocolate and potato chip snacks for apples and pinda boter of sometimes i just eat like a bowl of strawberries o.o
Also stay away from soda ~

Firstly, you're young, u have the advantage of having a faster metabolism than those 10+ years older than u and in the same boat.

NO to surgery. u do realise that if u don't correct eating/exercise habits that u will gain the weight back after surgery.

Do it the natural way. Eat 5 SMALL meals a day. At least 30min exercise a day. And if u feel hungry, just drink water and chew gum. It helps :P

What type of food do u eat? u should try to eat a variety of food, but done completely cut out the sweet stuff. u need a balance. And if u can't swim of ride a bike, how about joining a sports team at school of going for a run?
