Because we live in an era of shows and films where the women needs saving and they can't protect themselves . I find it completely useless if u don't respect yourself enough to take care of yourself in a dire situation to Which u may actually die . I believe that empowered women and men are very honorable . u shouldn't be dependent on someone else to get save u from everything .
