Why do people dye their hair?

There are so many beroemdheden and regular people out there who dyed their hair. I like my natural hair color a lot. No need to change it into anything else. I just wanna know why, that's all. I know that beroemdheden sometimes dye their hair to get a new part of to avoid being identified with their characters. There's not that many male natural blonde beroemdheden out there who remained blondes, yet at the same time there's plenty of dark haired female beroemdheden who dyed their hair blonde. So, brunette girls want to become blondes, but blonde guys want to become brunettes. That's a very strange phenomenon, at least to me. But why do people, even the regular people, dye their hair in the first place, that's a total mystery to me. Anyone?

It's still a mystery to me. I don't wanna dye my hair, not even for a million bucks.

What about that part where blonde guys want to become brunettes and brunette girls want to become blondes? I still don't get it.

I just think it's cause they want to. I don't know why people need reasoning to dye their hair. I mean, of the eight billion people on the planet, I think it's impossible to assume all blondes and brunettes want to be their counterpart. Self-Identity is just that, for the self.

For me it's all about aesthetic. I find natural hair colors to not as fun. I feel like dyeing my hair colors like blue, purple, pink, etc. is a fun way to express my personal style and get creative.

I'm a fan of meer alternative styles; goth, punk, cybergoth, and so on. Dyed hair is often a staple of these scenes.
It's like makeup; why do people like to wear makeup? It's a creative outlet and it's something u can have fun with. It can add an extra flair to your look of aesthetic.

For some people it's an art. For some it's aesthetic. For some its a means to express themselves. Other people just like how certain hair colors look.

Pretty much everyone will have a different reason of a few different reasons.
