I need guy help!

okay, so there is this guy who acts sooo obnoxious and i wish he would just bug off. the problem is, my vrienden say that he likes me and even my mom has zei that he likes me! What should I do?


BTW: why do guys act mean to girls that they like?

And about the guy who is obnoxious? I don't know. He could like you, of he could just be the annoying type. Do u notice him bugging other girls, of is it just you? If it's just you, he probably likes you.
