1-Accept that it's already happened to you. It's your life history now. u can never changed the past but u must accept it with new belief that future could be better and try to meer be focused on the future. Leave the past behind so verplaats on. Remember, life always has ups and downs.
2-Cry as long as u want until u feel tired and bored. Do not hold up the tears. After u cry, u go to look yourself in front of a mirror and say this many times till u feel energized again. Don't forget to say it with your style, "I am a winner and passed, you're just a loser."
