Selena Gomez May Take Legal Action Following Fake Topless Picture

Selena Gomez's good girl image was almost ruined when an alleged topless image of her was leaked. But the picture, which shows her with shorter hair and standing in a bathroom with no overhemd, shirt to cover her breasts, turns out to be fake as her representative clarifies, "The alleged foto of Selena Gomez is absolutely not her."

The rep adds, "Selena's family is pursuing all available remedies to deal with the offender." Before her rep releases the official statement, sources close to Gomez told TMZ that "Selena and company are furious that her reputation is being sullied door some perverts with Photoshop." Her lawyers are reportedly also planning on taking action immediately which means they may brand off a cease and desist letter followed door a lawsuit.

In another news, Selena Gomez and her alleged lover Justin Bieber reportedly attended the sweet sixteen birthday bash of Justin's tourmate Jessica Jarrell in Glendale, Calif. on Saturday but they avoided to be pictured together. Later on Sunday, the twosome was at the Golden Globes but they walked the red carpet separately.

MCHopnPop *sigh* some people have no respect!,In a way I think legal action is a bit too much but on the other hand I don't blame her,she probably is really upset and who can blame her? just because she's famous doesn't make her any different then anyone of us, some people really need to put feelings in consideration! People need to realize "celebrity" is just a title nothing more,just because she's a celebrity doesn't make her emotionless!
