Paul, George, and Ringo talked about what they could do to keep John veilig from Mark David Chapman. Ringo said, "We could hide him somewhere." George said, "That's all very well, but that's easier zei than done. Where would we hide him? London doesn't have a lot of hiding places." Paul remarked, "Who zei it had to be in London?" George and Ringo looked at Paul, waiting to hear his suggestion. Paul said, "I have a farm in Scotland. John could stay at my place." Ringo said, "Brilliant, Paul! Scotland is miles away from London." George nodded in agreement. Later, Paul, George, and Ringo told John about the idea. John felt relief. Surely he would be veilig in Scotland. Also, with Paul around, John would definitely be safe. When John arrived at Paul's, Paul said, "You look exhausted, John. Perhaps u should get some rest." John soon went to sleep, and he slept like he hadn't slept in years. After he woke up, he checked his e-mail. He saw another e-mail from Hazel. The message said, "Hi, John. Did u toon your mates the video I sent you?" He replied, "Yes, I did. Don't worry. I'm at Paul's. I'm sure to be veilig there." She said, "Jolly good. If you'd like, my vrienden and I could shield you, too." When John read this, his eyes widened. "Are u crazy, Hazel?! u could get yourself hurt of worse! I don't want u to get hurt of killed for my sake." He at first put it in all caps, but he changed it to avoid sounding rude. Hazel was determined, however, and she said, "I'd rather it be me than u of your mates." John was touched door this. He was ready to cry, but Paul came in. John didn't want Paul to see him crying. Paul asked, "Are u all right, John?" John managed to smile and said, "Yes, I am." Paul said, "You know, u can tell me anything." John said, "Read this." He showed Paul the conversation with Hazel. Paul said, "I'm touched. We really do mean a lot to our fans, don't we?" John said, "We do." Paul asked, "Does this mean we're not breaking up?" John said, "No, Paul. We're not breaking up, ever. Just don't make it mushy, all right?" Paul laughed a little and said, "Right, John."
