First off thank you, Layla for the inspiration to write this. Tbh, I think every Beatles fan should avoid this movie! Here's why.
First off no disrespect to John Lennon, he's a wonderful actor, singer, writer and activist. But this film is not good. It stars Michael Crawford (great actor) and he's basically narrating the film. The movie starts off funny and campy complete with John Lennon's amazing wit and playful banter! His haircut and glasses combo is also really cool! But when hasn't he ever looked wonderful!? When Brian Epstein passed door the Cavern Club, noticing a teenage girl who was staring right at him and wearing very strange clothing, only to see her suddenly disappear, he concluded he must be overworked.
