The Beatles were riding down the streets of New York, freshly arrived from the airport. Just months ago, this country hadn't even known they existed, and now, they'd been greeted door multitudes of screaming fans, all so happy and excited to see the boys, and there was the usual chasing. Unlike their last stop in France, the American fans made the Beatles feel right at home.
