I love the seconde one for the awesome new characters, music, beautiful animatie (so smooth and bright!) and scenery, etc....but it still does not measure up to the absolutely classic original in terms of sheer quality. I don't think it was the right way to do a sequel/midquel to such a profound film...would've been better as an original story about the Singin' Strays...
