hallo everyone! I just became a fan of The Vampire Diaries because I thought it looked VERY interesting but I'm not sure of what it is... Can anyone give me kind of a beschrijving please...?

    You want to know what the Vampire Diaries is? It's a book series and future televisie toon about a girl in a love driehoek with two different vampires. Her name is Elena, and she is decided on Stephen. Damon, however, is also in love with her, but she's set on her other vampire lover. Damon and Stephen are brothers --- Stephen goodie-two-shoes, Damon is a badass. The town they live on is Fells Church, where the Ley Lines meet, basically making it home pagina to all evil. So Elena is sort'a the reciever of all this evil. Her and her vrienden Bonnie, Meredith, her ex-boyfriend Matt, Stephen, and Damon they make it through disasters time and time again, but each book seems to end in a to-be-continued-moment.

the main characters Elena Gilbert, who's the most populair girl in school, but later on she'll fight and lose to be the queen bee to her former best friend Caroline. she's just broken up with her boyfriend Matt when she sees this lush guy named Stefan Salvatore who falls in love with her. he's a vampire and he's been a vampire for 500 years along with his dangerous, dark and mysterious brother Damion, because they both fought and lost to win the love of this girl called Katherine (who looks excatly like Elena) and cos of her they ended up as vampires. so eventually Stefan and Elena get together but a killer vampire comes to town, and so does Damion who also fights his brother to Elena to choose him and be his princess of darkness. elena dies in the 3rd book and becomes a vampire. in the end she chooses Stefan. i dont want to say too much in case i confuse u but this is like the twilight books. if you've read and liked them then i know you'll love this love triangle.if u want to know meer send me a message k?let me know if i helped at all
