The only one I love on there is Dair!!!

Why do I not like Brucas....well.....how about I first list what I do like about them before I start talking about what makes me not a Brucas fan.BTW I am talking about Brucas(s1-s4).I am a fan of Brucas's friendship in s5.

1.They are at times cute and funny together.(They have good chemistry together (CMM and SB)

2.They do care a lot for each other even though sometimes their actions don't reflect it.

3.Their 82 letters scene is so sweet.

4."Pretty Girl" is a cute nickname.

5.Lucas made it able for Brooke to show her more loving and vulnerable side.

Now just SOME of the reasons why I DO NOT ship this couple.
1.The constant theme in their relationship is INSECURITIES.

2.Lucas already fell for Peyton before he even got into a relationship with Brooke.

3.Lucas CHEATED on Brooke with Peyton in s1 and Brooke cheated with Chris(don't give me the "non-exclusive" crap...) (lol sorry but I just don't find that justifiable)

Now does that sound like a stable,secure,mature,loving couple? I think not.
For most of the duration of their relationship Brooke was never sure that she had Lucas's heart and Lucas didn't assure her especially after he cheated on her with her best friend.

5.Brooke was never able to let go of the betrayal in s1 and Lucas was never able to let go of his friendship with Peyton.

6.IN SEASON ONE....a specific detail that I really dislike....during the pregnancy scare,Brooke found out it was a close call but decided to get back at Lucas by making him believe that they were in fact pregnant as high school students.I understand she was heartbroken over what he had done to her(cheating with P.Sawyer) but to let him believe that he was having a baby while still being in high school was low.(especially considering that's the same period of time he was conceived)

7. I think "non-exclusive" relationships are childish and very petty especially in this relationship because cheating has occurred in the past(s1)

Lucas was interested in Peyton.In fact, he was interested in her for YEARS and when he FINALLY confessed to her how he felt about her,she ran away scared.Lucas was heartbroken so he closed up.Then Brooke came along....After Lucas was with her for period of time,Peyton finally realized that she felt the same way about Lucas that he does her.She confessed and he got scared(see the cycle) and hid his heart and didn't reciprocate.It wasn't until the motel scene when their true feelings finally began to unravel...
THIS scene(the one in the school hallway) not only proves that Brooke was Lucas's SECOND choice(I know its hard to swallow especially if you are a diehard Brucaser but its true ): ) but also that Lucas and Peyton were meant to be.

^Those are just some of my reasons for not shipping this couple.I understand what attracts people to this couple but ultimately this was a young love which never matured.But to be honest the cheating aspect really made me not like Brucas.Leyton NEVER cheated on each other. IN FACT every time they cheated in their other relationships..it was with each other! lol

i would never ship a couple in which the boy cheats on the girl. i don't care if when he did, he didn't have feelings for her, because if he was capable of cheating once, it was obvious he was gonna do it again, besides his so called love for her didn't last long and was based on just pretty words, which proves that even if he loved her, all that she was for him was just an infatuation.

But you have a great taste in couples anyway, i love Delena and Serenate. Sam/Quinn were kind of cute, too bad she's a bopilar bitch and Dair aren't even a couple so i can't judge yet.

Boringgggggg.

Completely agree with Dansea08.

I have no problem whatsoever admitting that BL have scenes that I find cute, and that they have amazing chemistry. But that's about the extent of my tolerance for them. And those cute scenes, and chemistry aren't nearly significant enough for me to overlook all of the negative aspects of their relationship: Immaturity, shallowness (beginning), infidelity, never-ending insecurities, games, non-exclusive dating, stringing each other along with alterior motives, not letting each other in, never learning to trust each other, Brooke not being willing to fight for him, Lucas not being willing to put Brooke first, etc.

It's just an endless cycle of qualities that I would never be able to look past, much less ship. To me, the negatives for BL always FAR outweighed the positives.

I love BL, DE and Dair.

they are sweet but boring I prefer them as friends and I love Quinn with Puck

don't even wanna start on why i dislike these two!

Also I'm not a BL fan either, but I can somewhat tolerate them.

Because all of the reasons listed above and more, also strongly dislike Serenate.
Love Delena & Dair though

they just werent that great together. all they did was make out and have sex and look attractive. the relationship was all nate idealising being with serena and serena never being that into nate. it was just blahh. LOVE the other couples tho. im a HUGE BL and DAIR fan <33

I don't think they are that great, yeah they are funny and that's all I see in them. They kissed (by the way not a great kiss) and it just makes Blair realise how much she would wish it was Chuck. I don't get what is great about being kissed and wish it would be an other guy. She didn't feel the same way Dan did, she made it clear that she just loves Chuck.She rather choose the prince than Dan. And it's also so OOC for Blair to date someone like Dan. And please why the hell have everyone sleep with everyone on GG? And I still don't see the great chemistry everyone talk about, compairing them to Chair or Delena, they have zero chemistry. Their scenes are ok but not really emotional, epic or great. I really can't stand them and not just bc I ship Chair, bc I can't see anything in them, what makes a great couple. But just my opinion :)

I mostly dislike them because I love PQ. But I also think they were kind of boring and I never really cared about them.

I never liked Lucas and hated the fact that he kept playing both Peyton and Brooke. I prefer Brooke with Julian.

I don't hate them, but don't like them either. Dansea08, good points. I don't like constant insecurities between them, also I don't find it convincing when a girl who had a lot of guys suddenly fell madly in love for one of them without even developing any emotional connection with him in the first place - and it was exactly the guy who was in love with her best friend and loved by her best friend.

Don't mean to offend BL fan it's my opinion:
I don't hate Brucas, but I definitely don't like them. Their relationship was all about sex & attraction in S1 and insecurities, trust issues and lots of words in S3. They have some cute moments but they are ruined by the constant need of reassurance of their sentiments towards each other. Their relationship is not stable in my eyes and was just a high school story.
