Why do people think if u like Twilight you're stupid?

i have no idea why they would think that. probably bcuz twilight is a fantasy and not real like other movies. but i like twilight and i am not stupid.

its becuases twilight is so big and pple are jeus and just because welike something different dusnt meen people should mae fun of people!

I don't think its because a person likes Twilight of Vampire Diaries of even Family Guy - that makes people stupid. For example I personally think the toon Family Guy is very stupid, but my son LOVES it, and he is not stupid - he may (being a teenager) do stupid things, but he is far from stupid. He's actually a very intelligent boy of whom I'm very proud!

Its simply a perception the Twilight Haters have towards those who are Twilight Fans. They think anyone who's silly enough to enjoy the Vampire Love Saga Fantasy, must be stupid. It's not true. u know it (within yourself) your family know you're not stupid, your real life vrienden would testify to this fact. u certainly shouldn't have to justify yourself of your intelligence to anyone. My vrienden & some family may not share my passion for Twilight saga but they know I am far from stupid. True, I've seen some REALLY stupid vragen & commentaren on this site, but being considered stupid (as in lacking intelligence & wisdom) is really just a point of view. My perception of stupid may be vastly different to anyone else's. To each their own. Don't let others opinions dictate how u feel within yourself & who u are. Don't feel u have to justify yourself to anyone. Be happy within yourself, appreciate all that u are & all that u have in life. :-)

Hmmmm true but Twilight fans are not stupid. I'm a Twilight fan and I am a straight A student. People who think twilight fans are stupid are all just really big cocky bitches.(no offense to anyone who has a friend who thinks Twilight fans are stupid)

IDK! It makes me mad wen ppl say im stupid because I like twilight. NO IM NOT!

Anyone who thinks a movie affects the way u learn is stupid.

I, personally think that it's because of some of our fans, and how obsessively...scary they can be, and how stupid that they act. People seem to see only those fans and then all of a sudden assume that everyone else acts like that...at least, that's what I've experienced.

But either way, it's not right to say that you're stupid for liking Twilight.

People are just ignorant... Ignore them. They are the ones missing out on something amazing!

But its SO worth it bcause I dont care about what other ppl say! Im a Twilighter and Im very proud of it! And my vrienden and family love me just the way I am! I dont need some random ppl! Let them talk, let them call me stupid, dumb, spoiled, whatever! I just dont care :)
