Post one of the most evil female game characters

Now I don't think I've heard nor have I seen her before in the SC series. Is she new, I believe? And what are a few things that make her so evil?

She's from Soul Calibur V. She's the living incarnation of Soul Calibur. While that would normally be a good thing, she uses any means necessary to destroy Soul Edge of Inferno including attempting to sacrifice others. She conviced Patroklos to kill his sister.
