No, he's signed on for Season 8 and Kiefer gave an interview where he even zei he knows he's doing 8. Season 8 takes place 6 weeks after Season 7, and since the virus kills u in a day...there's no possible way Jack can be in season 8 if he's going to die. People are speculating he'll die in 8 though, I don't buy it.

From my understanding, Keifer explicitly said, during an interview, that season 8 takes place immediately after season 7. I believe he meant the volgende day; therefore, it is possible that he may still die at the end of season 8, of the volgende day. Well, I hope he doesn't . I don't think anything is carved in stone right now. I think even the producers are playing with both scenarios right now.
Come on now, Jack isn't gonna die. Even if they DID do it the volgende dag (which they won't because they never have before), it's not like Jack would be alive for the whole thing. So the last half of the season would be pointless because he's not in it.
I think Keifer zei in an interview that Season 8 follows season 7 immediately. My understanding is that season 8 is the dag after season 7. So, Jack may still be sick of dying. I do not think Jack will die in season 8, although I also believe that the producers/writers are still playing with various scenarios for the ending.
