I remember visiting this website once...
It was called Take a first look at dag of the Tentacle Remastered, then play it at Indiecade | Polygon
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
Fan favorite Day of the Tentacle is coming back, and its new high-definition remaster is premiering at this weekend\'s Indiecade.
Publisher Double Fine, headed up by former Lucasarts employee Tim Schafer, grants loyalists of Day of the Tentacle and other classic Windows PC adventure games a first look at the Remastered version. You can take a gander at the first screenshots above. To really see the difference between the original and the updated take on the game, check out the comparison below.
Playable at the Indiecade event in Los Angeles this weekend, the 1993 sequel to Maniac Mansion got more than just a fresh coat of paint: Double Fine promises that the music and sound effects have also received upgrades, and that there will be additional new features, as well.
Schafer first announced the Day of the Tentacle remaster at PlayStation Experience 2014. Following in the footsteps of this year\'s Grim Fandango revamp, the game will come to Linux, Mac, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita and Windows PC. Schaefer and Double Fine also plan to bring out more beloved Lucasarts games in the future.
