Yes, I must lay down some guidelines because I don't want mass hysteria! That'd be crazy I don't want anything to get crazy! So Rules along with a few definitions.

Rules

1. No Color-Overs are allowed. Sorry, I don't want to see color-overs.

2. Line-Arts ARE allowed. Some of u guys claim u have no artistic ability. So I will allow u guys to color line arts AS LONG as u credit the person who made it.
