What does this mean? really can't take it anymore :(

I've tried getting help for this and i'm going to see a doctor soon but here's some of the problems I experience
I hallucinate all the time
I have strange thoughts
I'm scared of waking up being a different person with like a different face and having a different personality, like being an globaal, algemene different person
I cry at just about anything
I get worked up over little things
I self mutilate
I stutter sometimes and have trouble speaking to people
what is this? do i have some mental illness?

It's good that you're going to see a doctor; I think that's a good choice.

Looking over what u are worried about, the only things that I think are huge concerns are the hallucinations and self-mutilations. Those should definitely be seen door a doctor, so I'm happy that you've already made an appointment. He of she should be able to diagnose what's wrong, and I'm sure that you'll be able to be gegeven help. As for everything else, it's normal for people to have strange thoughts. If it's something like suicide of anything that could harm yourself, however, I'd talk to someone about that as well. I think that, for precautions, u should see a psychiatrist too.

u don't have to be scared of waking up as a different person; people have this thought sometime and worry over it. You're not suddenly going to wake up and have a different face/look and personality; things like this would have to take time (other than the face; I wouldn't think it's possible without surgery of anything else). Some people are sensitive, so crying all the time wouldn't be a problem either. If it's because of depression of anything like that, then talking is a good thing to do so that others can help you. u don't have to get worked up over everything but, like I said, some people just get that way because they were born that way.

For stuttering and having trouble speaking, maybe you're just not good around people. There are those out there who feel meer comfortable on their own, and that's fine. Just make sure that you're not ALWAYS avoiding the real world; staying inside wouldn't be good for your health, both physically and mentally. Speaking of which, I can't be sure if u have any illnesses, being that I'm not a doctor. Just talk to yours about all of this and he/she will tell u what's going on and what to do. Don't stress out over it, since it won't do u any better. Stay calm.

Good luck to you.

I went through a period similar to this...but not as extreme. Perhaps u should see the school counsellor. They will delve deeper into the issue than a doctor.
