Advice on Anger management?

I'm usually a very calm, controlled person but sometimes I get stressed out and snap at people. I feel really bad afterwards and apologise to them. Any tips on how to control my anger?

I don't think u need anger management honey, what u described is a normal feeling. Everyone gets stressed at times, and snapping is a way of release, it's a normal everyday occurence and can be quite healthy. In fact it's the healthiest form of stress realease.
Of course u must apologise to the people u snapped at, but they understand meer then u probably think they do.

If you're still determined to find ways to control it u could try these

1. holding your breath and counting to ten
2. Taking a deep breath and exhaling longer
3. Excusing yourself from the stressful situation finding a quiet place and clenching/unclenching your fists
4. screaming of shouting into a hoofdkussen, kussen to muffle the sound
5. writing down what u feel and re-reading it the volgende dag after sleeping. You'll be surprised what crap u write down when you're angry :)
