Why does the mad hatter dance so wierdly at the end? and why does alice do it to?

That 'dance' just so happens to be the Futterwacken, the BEST DANCE EVER. In Outlandish, it's the dance of Unbridled Joy. And at the thee Party, Tarrant says "On the Frabjous day, when the White Queen once again wears the crown...on THAT day, I shall Futterwacken....vigorously."
Alice simply Futterwacken's to rebel in front of the crowd. xD

That dance is the futterwacken, a dance of great joy. The hatter did this dance because he was really happy that the red queen no longer ruled Underland, and he is really good at it. I love his dance. Alice did it because everyone was telling her she had to be proper, so she was just tonen that she didn't have to listen to them door doing something different.

omg I am going to ask something real stupid maybe but...

is it a real dance of a made up dance for the movie?
