I hear people ALL THE TIME say that he's whiney and a brat, but I really (I mean really) don't think he is! He's had a hard and emotional life, and he has to deal with soo much. I wouldn't blame him for uttering a complaint every once and a while. I mean people complain about getting up and turning off the light! {not all of course! :), but some}

Regarding the whininess: to butcher a quote from Rifftrax, "Load of bullshit biggest ever heard in my life I is that." (And I do apologize, Yoda, for butchering your syntax. :) Honestly, I think the word "whiny" is overused anyway. Again, more paraphrasing, this time from the PRINCESS BRIDE:
