Now, I love my sis to death but personally, I am not looking for anime series that will make me depressed. All her series are just so darn gloomy. Not necessarily a bad thing but it just doesn't fit into my tastes.

However these four... These were masterpieces in their own sense. None are perfect but they all had wonderful stories and characters. <3

This anime is one of only two anime I am willing to call a masterpiece with an utterly amazing and extremely well-executed main protagonist, intriguing plot, wonderful psychological message, and it . . .
*stops*
As if I don't rant about SEL enough already . . .
Point is, I love it beyond all other anime, end of story!

And you're extremely lucky to have a twin who watches anime, by the way.
