My favorite yuri couple is Setsuna and Konoka from Negima Magister Negi Magi.

My all-time favorite anime couple would be Ed and Winry from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Roy and Riza are my second favorite, and my third and fourth ones would be Ishida x Orihime and Ichigo x Rukia (from Bleach). ^__^

But Ed and Winry totally take the cake for me. I just LOVE the romance in FMA; it's very subtle, deep and meaningful, and it doesn't try to flood your brain with bubbles and sparkles and roses like other animes do.
