J-14:Why did u call your album Goodbye Lullaby?
Avril:A lullaby is something sweet, soothing, and comforting. Goodbye Lullaby represents evolving, changing, and moving vooruit, voorwaarts from that comforting place. It's about letting go of the things u thought u needed to be strong and finding your own strength.

J-14:Which track was the most different for you?
Avril:"Darlin" is the first complete song I wrote when I was 15 and finally decided to record it for this record. It's about a friend.

J-14:What's the craziest rumor you've heard about yourself?
Avril:I heard that I died in a snowboarding accident. This happened over the holidays and a bunch of vrienden started calling and texting to see if I was okay. It was really weird!

J-14:The Avril Lavigne Foundation supports children and youth living with serious illnesses and disabilities. Why is that important to you?
Avril:I've always been involved in charitable causes and giving back is something I really believe in. Helping children and people living with disabilities is something I care deeply about and The Avril Lavigne Foundation is a way for me to really focus on that long term. I also wanted to create something that could hopefully inspire others to get involved.

J-14:When u look back at a video like "Sk8r Boi", what do u think of the girl in that video versus who u are now?
Avril:When I did "Sk8r Boi" I had no idea how successful it would become of the amazing opportunities I would have.
