Chuck has waited so long to tell Blair he loves her, that she has fallen out of love with him. Chuck is in total regret about what he hasn't done, and tried everything to convince Blair she still loves him.
- Dan, Serena and Blair are in a cafe.
Scene 3- Cafe in the Lower East Side
Serena and Dan are kissing in another area of the cafe.
Blair walks up to Dan and Serena.
Blair: Ohh excuse me while I vomit
Serena and Dan continue to kiss.
Blair: Hey, Hey, SNAP!
Dan and Serena stop kissing.
Serena: hallo B, Did u get what u wanted?
Blair: Are u kidding? In the Lower East Side? Not where Blair Waldorf shops
Dan: do u need to talk about yourself in the third person

Dan gets up and leaves.

Serena: (giggles)
Blair: ... I'd have meer fun watching paint dry
Dan winks to Serena and encourages her to go over.
Serena: Umm Blair I'll be back in a sec
Serena gets up and runs over to Dan.
Blair: Serena?!
Blair looks annoyed.
Chuck enters and walks over to Blair.
Chuck: Waldorf
Blair looks up and rolls her eyes.
Chuck: This zitplaats, stoel free
Blair: No
Chuck sits down volgende to Blair.
Chuck: So I heard your going to Paris...
Blair: I know what your doing Bass?
Chuck: And what's that?
Blair: trying to be my friend
Chuck: Fine, if your not going to say it
Blair: Say what?
Chuck: I... I Love you
(silence)
Chuck: I know u do, just say it back
Blair: u love me?
Chuck nods.
Blair smiles and moves towards Chuck like she is going to kiss him.
Blair: (whispers) Well that's too bad.
Blair moves back.
Chuck looks shocked.
Blair: hurts like a bitch... Doesn't it Chuck
Blair gets up and walks out of the cafe.
