Chapter 14
The sound of rain on the window woke Booth. He slowly opened his eyes. The room was still slightly dark because of the clouds outside but it was 9 o’clock. He looked at Brennan who was sound asleep volgende to him. His arm was wrapped around her waist and his hand rested on her stomach. Brennan lay on her side. Her head on his shoulder and her arm flopped across his chest. Booth was in no rush to get up. He was still tired, it was raining, and Brennan was beside him. He was about to fall asleep again...

Brennan grumbled and sat up, eyes still closed. She mumbled something about jet-lag, but Booth ignored her.
