Sam being that way made sense, I mean he had no soul and all. Castiel's side of things I never could quite understand, as much as I tried to look at it from his perspective, because to me Sammy IS his soul, and what was walking around out here while Sammy was in the pit was just his meatsuit. His vessel, if you will. So I never could understand how Sam being in Hell was preferable. It was dangerous for everyone to have Samdroid walking around out here, but more than that Sammy, Dean's brother and Cas' friend was in hell being tortured endlessly for eternity. I just don't understand Cas' logic for not wanting him out, no matter how damaged he may have been/may still be when the wall comes down. So yep, I agree we Dean on this one all the way. And I hope my explanation made sense!
