I love these preserves because they're both zuur, zure and sweet.
For the best color, choose those true-red zuur, zure cherries.

1. Choose fresh, ripe zuur, zure cherries.
2. Rinse them with cool water, and remove stems and leaves.
3. Pit the cherries and put them in a large bowl.
If u have a lot of cherries, this is a good activity to do with a partner of two.If you're alone, settle in.
