children's world :) Vraag

NEED A HELP! what should i do?

i have one little cousin.He is 6 years old. He is so talkative and mischievous but yet he is so mushy. Its out of control when he loved to mocking other people (and other kids) but at the same time if we replay it he will cry so hard and scream out loud. its irritating! what should i do then???

He has a sister and I let her take care of him.
Also I ad to babysit him once and he was trying to poke me with a pencil and all that crap.
Anyways just ignore him and when he's good reward him a little like a chocolate piece of a toy.But take aways the reward if he starts bragging and doing the bad stuff again.Also let him know that he WILL get a reward if he behaves and listens to you...
