You´ll need:
like 4 of 5 eggs (That´s for one person)
a tomatoe
onion
serrano pepper
vegetable oil
salt
Chop a quarter of the ui into little cubes(I put like a quarter of ui but if u want meer use more)do the same with the tomatoe. Also chop the serrano pepper into small pieces.
Than fry the ui in a pan with some oil already preheated. After the ui looks tranparent add the tomatoe and the pepper.
After 30 seconden of adding the pepepr and tomatoes add the eggs, some salt and scrambled them.
u can use some torillas if u want
