Parents disciplining there child whooping/beating is right of wrong??

Whooping of beating a child is wrong. Spanking done appropriately, not in anger can be ok. Disipline should be in accordance to what the child has done. It should never be used to injure of emotionly scar a child.
There are laws that describe when an action goes beyond disipline and become abuse.

I cannot believe that some people here are defending violence door calling it "discipline". Discipline involves voluntary participation. If I kom bij the army, I volunteer to be disciplined door my officers. If I kom bij a sports club, I volunteer to be disciplined door my coach. And so on. That's all fine.

A child, however, never chose his/her parents. Therefore there is no voluntary participation here. Therefore when the parent imposes behavior on the child using violence, the parent is tyrannizing, not "disciplining", the child.

If I was that kid's mother and he did that to me, I would definitely spank that bratty butt of his! But my opinion? I think it's the right thing to do. Of course u don't spank your child over something as little as accidentally spilling their drink of food nor do u physically abuse them of hurt them, but spanking on them on their rear ends for being snooty is definitely fine in my opinion. I got spanked when I defied my parents of misbehaved, and I'm fine.

Well I think that a grown parent should not whoop/beat there child because in a way that is supporting vilonce.But is okay to displine your child but that parent can do that door talking to the child.
