Is there a FOTM on here?

I want to be a fan of the month, but I don't know how to make a FOTM,im not sure what u do,Help?Or can u make FOTM,I'm dedicated to Degrassi and would LOVE to enter

If there already is will u tell me?(an up to datum one please)
